the most amazing piece of art ever!!

My fiance told me about this video on youtube about this guy who took a picture of himself, everyday, for 6 years. so I'm thinking..that'll be kinda weird..but didn't think much else. So I get on youtube this morning and find it...I've never been more amazed at art than I was this morning. (I just watched it again and I was moved to write this journal telling everyone about it. also, it made me want to really invest myself into art...all day I was thinking, "how can I do something this mind-blowing?")

This guy, Noah Kalina, is still working on it!!! I don't know how long it'll be in the end, but oh the determination! Everyday, taking a picture of himself. We're watching his life fly by...these 6 years...while ours is flying by too. His face is in the same place, pretty much, and so it is really hypnotizing. the music is perfect..the mood is somber. he never smiles. the background changes, the lighting changes...but his face is still there. it's remarkable. go here to see it...my myspace..it's the second video down.
